MEET KAITLYN OTR/L

Hi ,im Kaitlyn, a visionary, friend, and determined Occupational Therapist turned course creation coach who refuses to settle for burnout and financial limits. I  am the powerhouse behind TheSmartOT—an empowering movement that helps fellow OT's turn their passion into profitable, scaleable online business. 

I  live in Atlanta Georgia and currently am on my 4th travel contract in Oregon. I have recently been up and down California's coast doing travel assignments from orthopedics to pediatrics. I love to run, read, lay out by the beach and attend group events, whether in church or with friends! 

I have been an Occupational Therapist for 3 years and begun my OT journey in pediatrics treating in the school system full-time, and part-time 1:1 in the clinic. I  started feeling the burnout shortly after working 50+ hours a week to aggressively tackle my student loans while saving for my first home. On top of the busy 50+ hours a week I  realized that I  needed another stream of income that was not going to take up my time. So I  started to create digital products online for OT students and entry level practitioners. These products became hits and quickly showed me that there was potential in the online space.

Ultimately I  knew 1:1 wasn't where my heart was considering I had a passion for investing and serving. I  love helping and mentoring women in the investment space, as well as serving my families or clients in the OT space. Now, instead of giving up my career that I  love fully, I  can be in the driver seat of my own schedule, control the burnout, and not allow finances to be the objection to my freedom or happiness. That is exactly what having online products did for me!

I  am a fun, bubbly and Jesus  loving women who will always be the first to  motivate you! I am a dreamer, and an even bigger doer and ready to walk alongside you as you grow the business of your dreams.
